A former Chief of Staff to former Governor Willie Obiano, Chief Primus Odili has called on stakeholders and members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, to keep supporting the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo for a liveable and prosperous Anambra state.
Chief Odili who made the call at his Aguleri country home during a stakeholders’ meeting he convened to appreciate the party members for their loyalty to the party, used the avenue to distribute bags of rice, other food items and cash to party members and other groups for the yuletide celebration.
He urged them to work hard and ensure that Governor Chukwuma Soludo is re-elected in the November 2025 governorship election.
The National Chairman of APGA, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa who extolled Chief Odili for being an influential party leader in Anambra North and thanked party members for standing firm with the party during the unnecessary legal tusles it faced this year which was occasioned by those he tagged “political merchants”.
According to the Anambra State Commissioner for Local Goverment, Chieftaincy and Community Affairs, Hon TonyCollins Nwabunwanne and his Power and Water Resources counterpart, Engineer Julius Chukwuemeka, Governor Soludo has performed exceedingly well in office, especially in Anambra North and asked for continuous support to his government.
Anambra State APGA Chairman, Barrister Ifeatu Obi-Okoye also commended Chief Odili who is also the founder of Okosisi Political Movement, adding that gathering of party members helps to strengthen the bonds of brotherliness.
Others who attended the event include the member representing Anambra East Constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly, Hon. Obi Nweke, Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Soludo, Sir Ugochukwu Obiefuna, the immediate past member that represented Anambra East Constituency in State House of Assembly, Pharmacist Obinna Emeneka, the Mayor of Anambra East Local Goverment Area, Hon. Ifeanyi Chinweze, a former Commissioner for Works in Anambra State, Engineer Marcel Ihejiofor, among numerous other dignitaries.
