Alternative Wellness: Basic Natural Tips for Staying Healthy

It is said that human body is naturally arranged in a such a way that when we do the right thing at the right time, there will be no reason for us to get sick. We will not be older than we should be if we do the right thing too.
To do the right thing at the right time, we need the following five things:

  1. Detoxify: We accumulate toxins through the air we breathe, the food we eat and the unclean water we drink. Toxins get into our system through food and vegetables planted with fertilizers and the use of herbicides, pesticides on plants, chemicals from orthodox drugs and others.
    There are some natural health products that can help our body system get rid of toxins. They purify the blood and carry oxygen to the brain. They carry body waste products, inhaled polluted air, and the rest to where they should be eliminated from the body. We should regularly get rid of toxins in the body.
  2. Fortify your immune system: Our immune system is the body defense. It protects us from outside intruders/invaders. If your immune system is low/down, you will always fall sick. We should boost our immune system to strengthen our antibodies.
  3. Attain micro circulation:
    Blood is life. Any part of the body that doesn’t receive enough blood supply will be unhealthy. And so it is said that if it pains you know that there is blockage. Blood is the chief transporter in our body system. They carry oxygen and nutrients to the body tissues.
    Bad cholesterol and fat block the passage of the blood in blood vessels, veins etc. If the blood doesn’t flow normally, heart diseases such as HBP, diabetes, stroke etc can be the end result. Regular exercise,

  4. Eat what you need and not what you see: We need balanced diet to make sure we are fit always. Poor economic situation of our environment, time limit, or ignorance have made many of us end up eating what we can afford or whatever is available.   5. Avoid Stress: Stress is a silent killer disease. It disorganizes the body making spaces for illnesses. Infection, cancer, etc. can be caused by stress. Stress is said to have contributed up to more than 70% of serious illnesses.
