The Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development Programme was established to make Corps Members create wealth as well as be self reliant and employers of labour.

This hint was dropped by the State Coordinator, NYSC Anambra State, Mrs Blessing Ekene Iruma, while addressing SAED influencers that moved round the Nnamdi Azikiwe NYSC Unity Permanent Orientation Camp, Umuawulu/Mbaukwu, premises to sensitise the camp community of the commencement of the programme.

Mrs Iruma said that aside from SAED creating wealth, making people self reliant and employers of labour, it has added advantage of making one develop strategies and avenues for making multiple income thereby being financially liquid at all times.

She applauded the Influencers for volunteering and enjoined them to assist in continuous sensitisation of other Prospective Corps Members on the importance of embracing SAED programme particularly at the prevailing economic circumstances of the country.
