The Nigeria Beach Soccer League (NBSL) Coordinator, Mahmud Hadija has expressed his satisfaction with the level of preparation by the Anambra Beach Soccer Association for the upcoming second-round tournament, which starts on May 15, 2024.
Mr. Mahmud expressed the satisfaction when along with his board members, were conducted round the facility for the league at Nnewi High School and where participating teams will camp.
They were conducted round the facilities by Anambra State Beach Soccer Association Chairman, Professor Victor Madubuko and his board members.
Mahmud stated that “Anambra Beach Soccer Association is a young board, but they have shown great capacity within a short time.
“We are impressed with their passion and work rate. We have identified some areas for improvement and hope they will be addressed before the kickoff”.
Anambra State Beach Soccer Association Chairman, Professor Madubuko welcomed the teams and promised to provide them with a great experience of Anambra State’s hospitality, assuring them of a warm reception in the city of Nnewi.”
According to Okwudili Awaziem, the Media Officers of Anambra State Beach Association, Four teams have already arrived Nnewi, Anambra State, for the second round of the 2024 Nigeria Beach Soccer League. The teams include Kebbi Beach Soccer Club, Kada BSC, Nmanko Patigi BSC, and host team Anambra Beach Soccer team (Warriors). Two additional teams are expected to arrive before the kickoff date.
