Ifeoluwa Bamidele, the feeling suspect declared wanted by police for allegedly setting her husband, Boluwatife Bamidele ablaze in Osogbo, capital of Osun State has reportedly committed suicide.

Ifeoluwa was said to have killed her Cairo-based partner on Monday, July 18 over allegation of marital infidelity.

According to the deceased elder brother, Olabode Bamidele, the suspect who fled after allegedly committing the act, was found dead over the weekend, leaving behind some notes in which she claimed that she didn’t kill her husband.

According to Bamidele, her corpse has been deposited at Jalayemi Hospital, while the suicide notes were with the lawyer as evidence.
A source disclosed that the husband fondly addressed as ‘Teebam’ returned from Cairo, Egyptian capital to surprise his wife on her birthday. But unknown to him, the wife had discovered that he had cheated on her and even had a child outside their marriage.

“She confronted him with the information and an argument ensued. Ife proceeded to incinerate Teebam’s phones before setting him ablaze in their house in Osogbo, Osun State. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died on Tuesday”, the source narrated.
However, days after the incident and as police operatives launched manhunt, she sent a cryptic post on her social media messaging platform, WhatsApp. She wrote on her status: “I’ve always been a calm girl and I have never done this in my life but Teebam has pushed me to the edge. At this point, y’all will weep over myself and him before daybreak. I’m promising y’all that.”

Recall that, the Osun State Police Command had earlier declared the suspect wanted for murder.
