Anambra CP Charges New Recruits to be Professional, Avoid Act Capable of Tarnishing Police Image

The Anambra State Commissioner of Police, Echeng Echeng has charge the 184 newly pass out 2020 recruits intake from Police College Oji-river to resolve not to engage in any act that would unedify their good names and the Nigeria Police Force.
He emphasized that their success as Police officers is dependent on their quality of character discipline and professionalism.
“As they are being posted to their area of responsibility in the state, resolve not to engage in any act that will unedifying their good names and the Nigeria Police Force,” he said.
He thanked the Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman and his management team on the initiative of manpower development and deployment of these officers in line with the concept of community policing principles, reiterate that the Command is more motivated in enhancing public safety and peace in the state.
The Senior Officers present at the event are: Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operation, DCP Aderemi Adeoye, Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Finance and Administration, DCP Peter Ozigi, Assistant Commissioner of Police ACP Anietie Eyoh, among others.
