The gubernatorial candidate from the African Action Congress (AAC) in Anambra State, Comrade Chioma Ifemeludike, has praised the people of Anambra for their resilience and patience in the face of widespread insecurity and infrastructural challenges affecting the state.
In her Easter message to the citizens of Anambra, Ifemeludike expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and also thanked the people of the state for their perseverance in difficult times.
Despite the abundance of natural and human resources in Anambra, the state continues to struggle with development in crucial sectors such as education, healthcare, and security. Ifemeludike emphasized the need for cooperation and support from the people of Anambra to address issues like kidnapping, organ harvesting, and unemployment, and to bring about positive change through improved security, job creation, and infrastructure development.
As Anambra commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Ifemeludike called on residents both at home and abroad to remain hopeful for a brighter future for the state and its people. She encouraged everyone to draw inspiration from the story of Jesus’ resurrection and believe that a new chapter for Anambra is on the horizon for the benefit of all.
The only female gubernatorial candidate in Anambra State, Ifemeludike, wished the people of Anambra a joyous and meaningful Easter celebration as they reflect on the message of hope and renewal that the holiday represents.
