Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has commended Pineleaf Estate and Properties Ltd, for empowering 47 persons with vehicles each and partnering with the state government for the rapid development of the state.
He made the commendation during the 3rd Excellence award presentation and Realtors Academy award, (honoring commitment and Constituency) of Pineleaf Estate to its hard working staff held at International Convention Centre, Awka, State capital.
Soludo, represented by Managing Director, Anambra State Housing Development Corporation, Hon. Chike Anyaonu, assured Pineleaf Estate of the safety of her investment in the state adding that the governor has put in place watertight security.
“Government is interested in the development of the state, Anambra is now safe for all of us, government is fighting for free and safe Anambra, if you apply for your Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), you get it within one week. This is man power development.
“The government is interested in manpower development, government loves what you at Pineleaf Estate are doing in Anambra and your properties in the State are well secured. Continue in your efforts towards the development of the State, government is in your support,” he assured Pineleaf Estate.
Responding, Chief Executive Officer of Pineleaf Estate and Properties Ltd, Bishop Dr. Onyeka Nzekwesi lauded the governor for providing the enabling environment, stating that what Pineleaf Estate is doing is to better the welfare of the people.
“What Pineleaf Estate is doing is getting people out of poverty, proving houses for those who are tenants to be landlords. We do genuine business and that is why we partner with the state government. Today what we are doing is giving rewards to those who work hard. Reward for good work is more work.
“We are presenting 47 vehicles to our hardworking realtors, these vehicles include, 17 cars that comprise of SUVs, (jeeps) Toyota Corollas, and 30 shuttle buses. We also presented bags of rice, indomie, refrigerators, among other electrical appliances to them,” the Bishop further revealed.
He expressed satisfaction with the large turn up of people at the occasion which included the President General, Anambra State Markets Amalgamated Traders’ Association, ASMATA, Chief Humphrey Anuna, Chief Chigozie Bob Francis Nzekwesi,
Speaking Chigozie Nzekwesi who is the CCTV manager for all markets in the state said he felt so overwhelmed with the award presentation to realtors who have performed excellently.
“I feel overwhelmed , so happy, this is the third time we are dishing out vehicles and others to realtors who have sacrificed themselves to real estate business.
“We give cars to those who have sacrificed a lot, government said it will not develop the state alone, so we are here to assist, to invest at home for our people,” he stated.
In his contribution, one of the directors and financial officer, Tochukwu Nzekwesi, said that, “We are celebrating our realtors’ outstanding achievements, we are celebrating their performance, achievements and it is not easy.
“We enrich, empower and encourage the youths. You can acquire land and pay installmentally with us, we aim at giving better service to our people,” he stated.
