(VIDEO ) Tinubu Declares State of Emergency in Rivers, Suspends Fubara

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared a state of emergency in Rivers, suspending Governor Siminalayi Fubara, his deputy and other elected officials of the state.

The Governor cited the vandalisation of oil installations in the state and the alleged failure of Fubara to stop it.
