The Managing Director of Ultima Real Investment Limited, Engr. Emerie Eze has urged realtors to focus on intellectual capacity development, dedication to duties and positive mindset for successful career.
Engr. Eze gave the advice on Friday, March 14 during a weekly training program organized by the firm at its headquarters, Ikenga Layout, Abuja Estate, Opposite Government House, Enugu-Onitsha Expressway, Awka.
According to him, In the highly competitive real estate industry, realtors and estate agents are consistently seeking ways to stand out and connect with potential clients. He identified mindset as the extra factor that determines success or failure in the marketing of real estate products.
“Research indicates that a mindset focused on adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn is crucial for real estate professionals navigating market fluctuations.
“Similarly, a positive, growth-oriented mindset can significantly enhance marketing skills and ultimately drive success in real estate.
Eze further disclosed that in the real estate business that’s highly dynamic and strewn with landmines, those who maintain a positive mindset are better equipped to adapt their marketing strategies to meet emerging trends and challenges.
He went further: “Successful real estate agents often exhibit a growth mindsetโthe belief that talents and abilities can be developed through effort and dedication.
“This perspective fosters continuous learning, encouraging agents to seek out innovative marketing techniques and stay updated on industry shifts.
He urged participants to view challenges as opportunities for growth and dedicate themselves to adoption of innovative marketing strategies for greater success.
He further stressed that a positive mindset contributes to effective communication skills.
“Real estate professionals with a strong belief in their abilities tend to exhibit greater confidence when engaging with clients, negotiating deals, or promoting listings.
“A confident, enthusiastic approach can generate excitement and trust, which are essential components in the decision-making process for buyers,โ he adds.
