Senior Pastor, Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Pastor Paul Enenche has applauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra state for his massive achievements in the state in less than four years of his tenure.

Enenche made the commendation during his tour of the New Anambra Government House/Governorโ€™s Lodge, in company with his wife and some government officials.

The cleric who was in the state for a 2-day crusade organized by his church, described the governor and the state as model for others.

He expressed surprise at the governor’s prudent management of the resources to achieve such feats, urging other leaders to emulate him.

He said, “The problem with Nigeria is not about her resources but the management of those resources. We see so much happening within a short time.

“Massive development with massive resources and massive push. Network of roads with beautiful streets. Yet we’re hearing that not a single dime has been borrowed from anywhere.

“We want to say that let the leadership of the nation should take cue from the kind of thing happening in this state. Let’s lead with the fear of God knowing that one day we’ll all stand before God to render account of our stewardship.

“Let’s lead with the welfare of the people at heart. Let people be happy that they have a good leader. Above all, let’s lead with posterity in mind. What will you be remembered for? What will people say about you in five to ten years when you’re out of office?

“I want to commend His Excellency, the governor of the state for what we’re seeing here and trust that God will keep providing more resources for more development.”

The governor had earlier commended the church for conducting what he described as “quintessential evangelism” during the crusade at the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, without obstructing public movement or causing inconvenience to road users.

Soludo, impressed by the orderliness of the event, had announced that the fees paid by the church for the use of the venue would be refunded. He also welcomed the church, led by Pastor Paul Enenche, to return and use the Square for future programmes.

He also applauded Pastor Enenche for preaching messages that promote righteousness and godly living, which he said would help reshape the minds of young people and contribute to building a safer and more prosperous Anambra State.
