Anambra CP Vows to Unravel Mystery Behind Death of 3 Kids Found Inside Refigerator, Releases their Remains for Burial

The Commissioner of Police, CP Ikioye Orutugu on Saturday said he acknowledged the grief of the family of the late three children found in a fridge at Nnewi, Anambra state.

He said he has granted the request of the bereaved family to bury their children.

Police Command spokesperson Tochukwu Ikenga in a statement said the CP assured the family of swift Police action when necessary, pending the outcome of the medical findings to complete the ongoing investigation.

“The CP further stated that the Command is working diligently to unravel the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking incident.

“Given the above the Command wishes to state that the details of the investigation are still incomplete and urged Ndi Anambra and all concerned to be patient and seeks continuous cooperation from the Community/Area to provide justice for the victims and their families.”
