Anambra Council Boss Charges Native Doctors to Shun Evil Practices

Chairman of Orumba South, Local Government Area of Anambra State, Hon. Shedrack Azubuike has charged Native Doctors, priests and priestesses as well as other Traditionalists operating in the council and the state abide by the Anambra State Homeland law and shun evil.

Speaking during the meeting held at the Council Secretariat, Umunze, the Mayor urged them to embrace honest, hard work, and shun traditional practices that violate the state law.
Even as he took out time to profile and identify majority of the Native Doctors, Traditionalists and Ndi Eze Nwanyi, the Mayor warned those who desecrate waters, rivers and streams and roads with all manner of sacrifices to desist from that with immediate effect or face the wrath of the law.

Hon. Azubuike also advised non-indigenes of Orumba South who indulge in traditional practices that contraven the law of the state to either desist from such practices or leave Orumba South to their respective hometowns within 24 hours.

He promised to extend right hand of fellowship to those willing to start off in new business other than these unexplainable practices.
