The former Governor disclosed that Anambra was going through a difficult time where a promising young man with a great future was killed in cold blood for nothing.

“Nobody will be happy over this, unless you are not a human being. We are going through a very difficult time, where a very promising young man in the future, who actually believed in a better State and a better Nigeria can be gruesomely murdered for no reason.

Obi decried the security situation in Nigeria as something “worrisome” , stressing the need for collective efforts to tackle the crisis.

“The entire country is facing this difficult situation, security wise. It is important that we should deal with it as a body. And there are so many ways to deal with it. In this, we have to do the right thing. We should try to keep the people from poverty and we try to invest in a critical area of the problem”. Peter Obi said.
