Ndah Takes Over as Edel FC, Awka Head Coach

Edel Football Club of Awka, Anambra State has appointed former Enugu Rangers International FC captain and All African Games bronze bronze medalist, Ndubisi Ndah as their new coach.

Edel FC’s Director, Dr. Vincent Ọkpara ka disclosed the appointment in statement made available to sports reporters in Awka.

NDAH, the immidiate past coach of another Nigeria Nationwide League side, FC One Rocket, will be assisted by Peter Onehi as the team takes on Abia Comets for their opening match.

From the statement, no reason was given for the sack of the former coach Willy Udugbe and his assistant Anthony Idowu who both saved the team from religation last season.

The club statement also confirms the appointment of Myckie Chukwuebuka as the General Manager of the club to oversee the daily administration of the team for the current season.
