The Chairman, New Auto-Spare Parts Market, Nkpor, Chief Stephen Obiorah Ofoleh has fecilitated with Professor Charles Soludo CFR on his well deserved award conferred to him by the Champion Newspapers Nigeria Limited as the 2023 best Governor of the year in infrastructure and rural development.
In his congratulatory message, he eulogized Mr. Governor for his untiring effort in positively changing the face of Anambra State through massive infrastructure and rural development, noting that Mr. Governor’s commitment to transforming Anambra State is uncommon and outstanding.
