The Commissioner, in a statement, explained that the Governor’s passion for education has led to his declaration of free education in all public schools, recruitment of teachers and provision of laptops to principals and head teachers.

“These would enable children of the poor receive quality education just like their counterparts in private and mission schools.

“With the availability and equipment of teachers, Anambra State children are now in the best position to show the world that a lover of education is at helm of affairs in the State,” she said.

Chuma-Udeh admonished the children to avail themselves of the opportunity to excel in their academic pursuit.
