A prophet of the Celestial Church of Christ, Shogbamu Parish in the Gbagada area of Lagos State, who went missing during a valentine outing has been confirmed dead.
The cleric identified as Remilekun Oriyomi, reportedly vanished into thin air during an outing with his church members at the beach in Lagos State on February 17,2024.
According to reports, the youths in the church had organized a Valentineโs Day love feast at the Beach Resort in Ogombo, Lagos State on that fateful Saturday.
It was gathered that the Shepherd of the parish warned the Parish Youths not to embark on this journey, but they were adamant and still went ahead with the plan.
During the feast, Prophet Oriyomi who led 15 other youths to the beach hangout was declared missing. After a frantic search, his body was later found on Monday, February 19.
