Chidoka to speak at Nnewi Monarch’s Diamond Jubilee Ofala Friday

Former Aviation Minister, Chief Osita Chidoka will on Friday, December 22, 2023 speak on Generational Wealth Transfer at the Igwe Orizu Diamond Jubilee Ofala Seminar in Nnewi, Anambra State.

A statement from the Igwe Nnewi Palace said the seminar, with focus on the central theme, “Solving the Problems of Generational Wealth Transfer in the Southeast”, was part of the 60th-anniversary celebrations of His Royal Highness Igwe Dr. K.O.N. Orizu III.

It said the seminar would shed light on the challenges and propose solutions to prevent the collapse of businesses post the founders’ era, a common issue in the Southeast.

The statement reads, “Chief Osita Chidoka, the founder and President of Athena Centre for Policy and Leadership, will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Diamond Jubilee Ofala Seminar, scheduled for December 22, 2023, at Anaedo Hall, Nnewi.

“This seminar, part of the 60th-anniversary celebrations of His Royal Highness Igwe Dr. K.O.N. Orizu III, will focus on the central theme, “Solving the Problems of Generational Wealth Transfer in the Southeast.”

“Chief Chidoka, a former Minister of Aviation renowned for his insight and expertise, will address the pressing issue of sustaining business legacies and ensuring effective wealth transfer across generations.

“His speech will emphasize the importance of this topic for the economic future of Nnewi and the broader Southeast region.

“He will offer insights into creating a sustainable template for businesses and wealth preservation, which is vital for the region’s prosperity.

“The seminar aims to shed light on the challenges and propose solutions to prevent the collapse of businesses post the founders’ era, a common issue in the Southeast.
