A real estate firm, De-Graceland has expressed its preparedness to collaborate with social media practitioners in promoting investment opportunities through provision of vital information using various platforms.

Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Mr. Okechukwu Okoli gave the assurance in Awka during a One-Day Investment Hangout with the theme, “Social Media, A sure Way For Investment” which attracted social media experts from across the state.

He urged the youths to explore social media investment in real estate.

The media hangout drew members of the social media community and social media influencers to brainstorm on how to make money on the social media space as well as network among themselves.

Speaking through Mr. Emmanuel Obinna, Okoli explained that the event seeks to attract and expose the secrets of the estate industry to social media influencers to enable them gainfully invest and explore the opportunities that are abound in the sector.

Anambra State Chairman of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Mr Emeka Obi urged the youths to entrust their investment to De-Graceland Real Estate, assuring that their properties are in good hands, describing Mr Okoli as a man of integrity while real estate is a sure plug for a fruitful investment.

He challenged the youths to explore the opportunities provided by De-Graceland Real Estate to educate themselves on improving their social media investment.

A resource person, Miss Ifunaya Nwanadile who spoke on the theme of the event, said that social media can be used to attract investments which gives both the rich and poor level playing ground, suggesting that as young people they are expected to explore opportunities on the social media not just on Facebook but on Instagram, Linden and TikTok as well.

Some of the participants, including Ogechukwu Udeze and Tochukwu Orji appreciated the organisers of the event and expressed optimism that with renewed partnership and opportunities, Anambra youths are on the right track of becoming investors and employers of labour.
