Anambra CP Vows to Secure Justice for Officer Killed by Shuttle Bus Driver

Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, Aderemi Adeoye has vowed to leave no stone unturned towards getting justice for late ASP Anthony Ogobodo, the police officer killed in a motor accident last weekend by a speeding shuttle bus driver.

Adeoye who made the remark when he visited the family of slain officer, also prayed God to give them the fortitude to bear the loss and assured them that justice would be speedily dispensed on the tragic demise.

Police Spokesperson, Tochukwu Ikenga, while confirming the death of the cop, said the deceased was on his motorcycle when he was knocked down.

He said the driver has been arrested and taken into custody while the incident was being investigated.
