The prosecuting counsel, E.A Inegbenoise, told the court that the defendant, between November 2022 and December 2022, criminally trespassed into a plot of land located at Guzape District, Abuja to commit the offence.

He ordered that the sureties must reside within the jurisdiction of the court and that their addresses must be verified by the court’s registrar.

Oniyangi further ordered that the sureties should submit their passport photographs, appointment letters, office identity cards and letters of introduction from their offices before release.
