A Chief Magistrate’s Court at Dunukofia Division/Magisterial district of Anambra State has ordered the Nigeria police to bring five indigenes of Ukpo community before it for various alleged offenses.
They are Chukwugozie Ilokolobia, Ishmeal Udenka, Obiora Udenka, Chibueze Udenka and Isaac Nwankwo.
The court gave the order in relation to alleged case of conspiracy, forgery, defamation of character, threat to life, violence and conduct likely to cause breach of peace in Ukpo Community, Dunukofia local government area of the State brought against the defendants by the Police.
