The Head, Corporate Communications, Emeka Ezeh in a statement said the advice was informed by the company’s plan to embark on revenue drive across its district offices in the Southeast from Saturday, July 29 to Sunday July 30, 2023.
The statement reads, “EEDC wishes to inform her esteemed customers of its plan to embark on revenue drive across its district offices in the South East, this Saturday, 29th and Sunday 30th of July, 2023.
“As a result of this development, our customers will be seeing staff of EEDC in their neighbourhood this weekend (Saturday and Sunday), carrying out disconnection of customers that are yet to pay their energy bills.
“EEDC therefore appeal to her esteemed customers to ensure that their current and outstanding bills are paid to avoid being disconnected.
“Payments can be made at our Cash Offices, or alternatively through “Energy Pay” (by logging onto: www.enugudisco.com), Collection Agents, Bank Apps, QuickTeller, and other online payment channels.
“EEDC can only improve its operations and deliver efficient services when customers promptly pay their bills.
