The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State is set to perform the foundation laying of her ASUU NAU Guest House.
According to ASUU NAU Chairperson, Comrade Stephen Ufoaroh, the event, slated for Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at the ASUU NAU Secretariat would also feature appreciation of former EXCO and retired members as part of the ceremony.
“The Guest Lecturer for the day is a scholar from the University of Ibadan, Prof. Francis Egbokhare who will speak on the theme: “ASUU and Development of the Nigerian University System: Progress, Challenges and Prospects.”
“Special Guests on the occasion are ASUU President, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke and UNIZIK Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Charles Esimone, FAS,” he added.
