Onyenwe Pledges Greater Performance by Anambra LG Transition Chairmen

The Transition Committee Chairman, Ayamelum Local Government Area, Hon. Livinus Onyenwe has assured of improved service delivery at the local government level in Anambra state.

The Ayamelum TC Chairman gave the assurance after the Anambra State House of Assembly extended the tenure of the Transition Committee Chairmen and members of the twenty-one Local Government Areas in the state for three months.

Onyenwe who is the chairman of the Transition Chairmen Forum, Anambra State, stressed that the renewal of local government transition committee tenure would bring stability and sustainability in development project implementation of the Prof. Chukwuma Soludo at the grassroots level.

He told AnambraDaily at the legislative complex Awka: “Yes! I’m happy, because if you go to all the local governments in Anambra State, one will see that there is a very good transformation in terms of project implementation. By extending our tenure by three months, we will double our efforts and i believe that our people across the local governments would soon begin to feel the impacts of Soludo administration”, he adds.

Onyenwe also thanked Governor Soludo and members of the state house of Assembly for retaining them and pledged to live up to their expectations.
